Hi! I'm Afif, a final-year Accounting student at UMS, but my true passion lies in technology, Linux, and coding. I love exploring new distros, customizing desktops, and automating setups to make my workflow smoother.
Besides tech, I have a huge love for music—especially hyperpop, glitchcore, and experimental electronic. I also enjoy anime, photography editing, and tinkering with my leopard geckos.

Creator & Maintainer - Linux Health Check Suite
Personal Project (2025 - Present)
- Architected and developed a multi-platform diagnostic suite for Arch and Debian-based Linux systems using Bash scripting.
- Engineered a parallel execution engine to run multiple checks simultaneously, significantly reducing report generation time.
- Created user-friendly installer and uninstaller scripts (`install.sh`, `uninstall.sh`) for both local and system-wide deployment.
- Implemented a weighted health scoring system, smart dependency detection, and a customizable configuration file (`~/.config`) for flexible user control.
- Published and maintained the project on GitHub under the MIT License, managing versioning and comprehensive documentation.
Creator & Developer - Luna Voice Assistant
Personal Project (2025 - Present)
- Designed and implemented a modular, offline-capable voice assistant with a clear separation between GUI, Audio, and AI layers.
- Integrated a custom Ollama model (`luna-gemma3`) for advanced chat and code execution, routed by a smart intent-classification AI.
- Utilized `faster-whisper` with Voice Activity Detection (VAD) for high-accuracy speech-to-text and `piper` for natural voice output.
- Engineered key security features, including a command blacklist, and built a responsive GUI using CustomTkinter for an intuitive user experience.
